The key

Your key is on your own responsibility. If you lose your key, announce it immediately to the housing office so that a new lock can be mounted on your door as soon as possible. You will pay the mounting costs but, anyway, it will become cheaper than to renew your whole furniture after a burglar's visit. We charge 200€ for a lock change, except iLOQ key which is 60€.

Please remember to return the key when you move out. If you do not, we are entitled to charge a fine of 50-200 euro.

If you lock yourself out, please contact caretaker. Phone number can be found on VOAS website. For opening the door the caretaker charges a fee that, which has to be paid directly to him.
